1.AGENT is, and for all purposes hereunder, shall be considered as an independent contractor and is not an employee of PRINCIPAL.
代理方在任何目的下都应被视为独立的合同方，而非委托方的雇佣方。
2.The rights granted hereunder to IB are not assignable , and shall not be assigned, to any other party.
